Strong Analytics is seeking a Project Coordinator to collaborate with our growing team of scientists/engineers delivering state-of-the-art machine learning solutions in a number of industries, for clients ranging from startups to Fortune 500s. The Project Coordinator will work closely with internal and external teams to ensure project plans are developed appropriately, important milestones are met, and stakeholder expectations are managed along the way. The ideal candidate is energetic, highly organized, and thrives in an environment where they have oversight of several moving pieces at a given time.

Responsibilities
Serve as the point person responsible for managing project roadmaps and timelines
Synchronize with project leads to understand if teams are on track to hit deadlines
Manage client correspondence and expectations at all stages of delivery
Ensure client check-ins/meetings are scheduled as needed
Forecast and manage project budgets and team/staffing allocations across projects
Help identify specific skillsets needed for future hiring
Manage other financial items such as invoices, expense tracking, and purchasing
Communicate regularly across Strong leadership, technical teams, and our clients
Various other administrative tasks as needed, e.g. HR/people operations - managing team gifts, PTO tracking, and new hire onboarding
